ATF Sports Agency was founded by a practicing attorney to provide athletes and their families with the legal guidance, strategic representation, and long-term planning that traditional sports agencies often overlook.
Before founding ATF Sports Agency, Jerome spent seven years practicing law at both Am Law 100 and respected mid-sized firms, advising sophisticated clients on complex business transactions and comprehensive wealth planning. He represented clients in transactions ranging from $5 million to $250 million and advised high-net-worth individuals and family offices with assets ranging from $5 million to several billion dollars.
Today, that same legal and financial experience is applied to helping athletes navigate NIL opportunities, contract negotiations, brand partnerships, and long-term wealth preservation, ensuring every decision supports both their career today and their legacy tomorrow.
